We had the worst experience with this company. The house was very dirty and moldy. I cleaned the house and had to bleach moldy closets, appliances, ect. There was a security systems in the house. They did not give us the code to deactivate it upon move in. It beeped ever 5 min untill we could figure out how to turn it off. We tried to call and no help was given. Just moved into a property through this agency - customer service a 0. Haven't been in the home 5 days and I still have no hot water and the toilet leak is beyond me. I was locked out the unit & advised to get a locksmith. These people could care less about a human being.

Kevin Stringari is one of the most caring, persistent, and professional people I have ever met. I had a ton of questions and he answered them all promptly and to the best of his ability. He made every effort to make sure our family found a house that was perfect for us. I am grateful to him and his company.

rent the first house roof caved in took for me to call the city to get a response. moved to second home and the a/c and plumbing went out. instead of fixing they evicted me!!! secretary is very rude. wish i could have 0 star rating!
