My father in-law bought a house in 55 yr. old community and has been getting the run-a-round since he closed on his house. BIG HOLE in his family room since before he closed on his house. And now he has been in the house for over 6 months +. Also. the driveway elevation is wrong as well and water/ice builds up (back-pitched) and they keep giving him excuses .
