My wife and father tried to schedule boarding for our family vacation. My plans changed but my fathers didn’t. I left a message over a month in advance to cancel my reservation and only mine. They cancelled both of our reservations without ever confirming and are now booked leaving my dad with no options or ability to rectify the situation. The customer service has been very bad the entire time and now has put my dad’s vacation in jeopardy. Consider using one of the pet sitter apps. Way better.
After new management, my dog came back home, sad, thinner and sore. The first time we did not assume bad things about the place because we never had an issue before, we gave it another shot. But this is the second time. And my dog came back in the exactly same way, very sad and with muscle pains. My dog is a big dog! I do not know if the space or crate is too small, or if they mistreat him and leave him there 24/7. Something changed because we have never had this issue before. So kind and knowledgeable about dogs here, I feel completely safe leaving my fur babies in the care of markenhaus manor. Peace of mind when it comes to my dogs is priceless
Great service!! We have year leaving our dog LOBO every time we go out of town. We had never had an issue. Totally recommended!
Both of my dogs really enjoyed their stay!
