I called Markel Electric because they are listed as Generac certified service, repair, and maintenance. I called on Dec. 27th of 2024. I received a prompt text saying they would contact me shortly. I waited since it was around the holidays and contacted them again. They did not respond to me. It's 1/23/25 and I give up. My review is based on their customer service of which they have none.
Markel Electric is Great! It was easy to get an appointment with them, they showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. I will be using them for all future electrical work
