This insurance company treats your horse claims unfairly and tries everything they can to deny you the claim. DO NOT trust them. I will be taking them to court as my attorney now has to get involved. They are a big company that cannot be trusted and is out to take advantage of their customers. As an equine owner I would NEVER recommend them ever again. Dealing with the Summit, New Jersey office and they are a piece of work. Aislinn is no help gives run around. Her manager Elaine DeNisco is just as bad. The investigator Matt Brennan tried hard to intimidate me to drop my claim and ask all types of questions not related to my claim. After ending the interview none of them are replying to my emails or text. Knowing well there client is at fault for running fleabag motel!
