RecommendedWas getting a very stiff neck and shoulders when riding. They adjusted the seat angle adjusted the gears because it would jump a gear when changing. My neck no longer gets stiff or my shoulders the gears change like and when they are supposed to. Aired my tires up and my ride is now what I had expected from the start. I will be back to have my bike serviced at Markee’s again. Excellent work. Thank you very much!

I love coming to this shop. My bike always runs super smooth after a tune up from Markee’s. Jerry and the guys are friendly, very knowledgeable, have tons of experience to offer and are always willing to answer any bike questions I have. Above all though, Jerry has been super generous in giving back to the community. 6 out of 5 stars.

Great bike shop. I bought my last 2 bikes from Markee's and have had excellent service. I am getting ready to start a 2-week tour packing trip and got everything I need to have a good trip. They even gave me advise to have a successful trip. I feel that they went above and beyond what I would get from another bike store. I will continue to get all my bike needs done with this bike store.
I started cycling las spring to train for my first triathlon. I never really got comfortable on the rides, so my enjoyment was pretty low. I was recommended to Jerry to get a professional bike fit. This years experience headed into my 2nd Tri is a complete turn around. I have and will continue to recommend bike fits by Jerry.
We have purchased bikes here before and always enjoyed the quality and service. But as of today we will never set foot or recommend this Kennewick business to anyone.
