I am writing this review on behalf of the lady in line in front of me because I dont feel people in this small town express things enough due to this being a small town; The lines were long and staff were using two tils: one for lottery, the other for sales. Due to this, the person behind me was told to step up and I was made to step back and wait to pay for my prescription as lottery was prioritized before me. The pharmacy used to be ran by a great man, the staff and people of markdale loved their interactions with him. Then his ignorant and arrogant son took over. They have a high turn over in staff, none of the staff can communicate or follow directions. They don’t function as a team and the son talks to his staff horribly.
