I really wish I could rate a 0 took my 8 month old in for not peeing for 24 hours and they just tried to give me Tylenol and Advil gave her zofran for idk what reason. Just drug pushing without actually looking at the problem. Told me she didn’t look “clinically dehydrated” Then when I said something made me feel like a bad mother for not wanting more drugs pumped in my daughter’s system and wanting some fluids. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from healthcare professionals, sad excuse for a doctor
I wish I could rate a 0. Went there today for severe spinal pain and after waiting 4 hours the doctor finally finished his party with the nurses then sat on the side of the bed and told me there was nothing he could do. Just wanted to write a prescription for symptom management. ?? Didn't even suggest an xray. I knew I should have went to Owen Sound. Never will I use that emergency dept. again.

Boxing Day morning. The doctors, nurses, and other staff were exceptional and went over and above to organize a needed referral for care. They even made a follow up call to let us know what had been organized.
They will hear your issue, leave you in the hallway and then laugh and talk about you and your issue like your not 7 feet away.
