Brett did a phenomenal job walking my wife and me through the CRM and explaining how everything worked. He was extremely thorough, patient, and attentive to detail throughout the entire 30-minute video conference. As an entrepreneur and business owner, I really appreciated how involved he was in the process and how clearly he explained each feature. i have been a customer of Markate for almost 10 years. Its great software for my cleaning business. I like the text reminders that i have automated and calendar notifications it sends to my customers. People really like to have communications on how far away you are from them on the day of the workorder.
Frist, 3 stars of the bat, by calling and responding with a person. Wow. Second Brett is amazing. I have spent years building a name, and now I need to set myself aside from other with a professional look. I have NO idea about what im doing, im kinda old fashion. Brett with Markate originally covered some of Markate's CRM capabilities about a month or so before today after an industry colleague shared what he likes about the app Until today I had drug my feet to get up and running. During his followup, Brett patiently helped me make my current cumbersome CRM excel file into a CSV file and I exported it into Markate and also finally made my payment I could've gotten these steps done long ago, however Brett helped get me on track through professional guidance and patience
