RecommendedI moved from Florida to New Mexico and looking for apartments was slim pickings. I will definitely say rent is a pretty penny here but no place compared to Olympus Alameda.Not sure how many gated communities there are but there are not many in ABQ in the area we were looking in. absolute recommend markana apartment!
I didn’t get any of my money back when I signed up for an apartment. Anna said one was flooded and one was noisy, by the time I was ready for one my lease was up and I had to move. I lost 305 dollars. Then they said rent an apartment in 30 days. I’m not breaking a lease for 3200. Just shady. Beware!!!

I love it here! Courtney is awesome and the amenities sell themselves.
Loving our new apartment! Courtney has been very helpful getting us settled. Paul has also gone out of his way to help and is always cheerful. Overall this has been a great experience. Very happy we moved to Markana!
