Mark Williams has been my insurance agent for decades. I first started using him back in the 1990’s since his office was close by. As we moved around the city, we continued to use him given his, and Melissa’s professionalism, friendliness, advice and patience. We moved to another state in 2019 and just moved back in May of 2026 and we started right back with the agency. Find another agent who actually cares about their clients.
We chose Mark about 20 years ago as our agent out of convenience. We have stayed with him because he and Melissa are the best! They go over and above for us all the time! We can call them with a problem and they come up with a solution. They respond quickly regardless of the mode of contact. I cannot recommend Mark Williams highly enough.
I lived close by so I chose this state farm agent/office for convenience. Never saw the agent himself but his assistant. The office was sometimes closed even during business hours for walk in and the service was not the friendliest and most helpful.
