Mr. Williams and his team are courteous and VERY professional. They treated me like I was their only customer and kept me updated throughout my repairs. They also went above and beyond to assist me in getting my vehicle back on like new condition. I live in Florence but will not hesitate to use Mark Williams Collision in the future. It is more than worth the drive.
Did a car for us... Absolutely the most disrespectful person alive. I've never seen anyone in the business that long and not know how to treat customers in any situation. Quotes us a price and did the work and when it was finished( after taking it back to be re-fixed again)charged us more than what he quoted. I could not encourage more to take your business elsewhere at all cost. I would buy a can of spray paint before I waisted another minute of anothe penny at his shop... Do your business with Mark. His shop does excellent work! I have known him for several years and have had him do body work on two of my vehicles. Both times the vehicles looked fantastic. Mark is a person of integrity who can be trusted.
