I was almost double charged for one tooth implant in the back and also I was told I was there for deep cleaning where it was just normal and they charged for deep cleaning! Also during the procedure the Dr. Told me it was centered but when I checked it with another dentist it was skewed. Watch out!
If customer care is your priority, don’t come here. I Scheduled an appointment for a wisdom tooth on Friday at 9am. I received a call on Tuesday asking me to come in on Friday at 8:30 despite them opening at 9am she insisted and stated that they wanted to do X-rays before my tooth extraction. No one was there at 8:30 so I left after 15 minutes. When they opened at 9am I called… 8 times to try and reschedule. He gave me an injection in the roof of my mouth without freezing it. I almost passed out, and while I was in shock, he and his assistant suddenly stood up and left. He broke off a large chunk of my jaw and said it was rotten, even though it was perfectly white bone. He's a real butcher. You'll feel sorry for yourself and your loved ones.
