I called Mark on a Saturday recently as we were travelling through Bundaberg and had blown out a water pump gasket. Even though Mark wasn't available that day he did spend a good bit of time on the phone with me to explain the best procedure and materials to use to replace the gasket (since this was to be my third attempt).
