Mark & Brett Weeks came to my rescue once again, they are the greatest! My current hearing aids were provided by the VA, however they are not currently seeing patients! Mine needed repair, and Mark took care of me !
WE HAVE BEEN WITH DR. WEEKS AND COMPANY SINCE 2002. LONGEVITY SAYS IT ALL. WE WOULD NOT CHANGE DOCTORS FOR ALL THE TEA IN CHINA. THE HEARING CARE OF CARSON OFFICE IS WAY ABOVE ANY STANDARD. THE SERVICE IS IMPECCABLE . I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND DR. MARK WEEKS FOR ALL HEARING NEEDS.
I would definitely recommend Mark. He is very professional and yet very customer oriented. I arrived today for an appointment (6 month check) very early. Mark said, "come on in I have some timel. He took me in early and check my early. I RECOMMEND MARK WEEKS. FULLY.
When my hearing aids required attention, Andrea at the front desk courteously and professionally answered my call, listened patiently to my issue and scheduled an appointment for just a few days out. I met with Dr. Mark Weeks who quickly diagnosed the problem and made time to discuss the situation and how I could avoid future problems. I highly recommend this organization.
I have had Mark since I was 5, I'm 28 now. My parents were very concerned learning that I'm hard of hearing. Mark made me and my parents feel confident in my disabling hearing and always had great care in his office. Though I have not seen Mark for quite some time, my experiences in his office made me feel like I could accomplish anything. That being said I am now trying to get my RN. Mark is wonderful and his staff is fantastic!!
