I just called Mark Wallo and he’s going to come help with our pump that stopped working. This is the third time I’ve called him in three years; every time he has responded immediately and has been super helpful. Each time it has been an inconvenient time (today the day before Thanksgiving) and the other times late in the day, and horrible weather, yet he responds, fixes the problem, and has very good prices. A PGE power outage caused our well to stop working. We discovered we had no water at midnight. We called Mark and left a message at midnight that our bed and breakfast was without water & full of guests. Mark called me before 6 am and said he was on his way. Had my water back up and flowing by 6;30 am. My guests were still sleeping and did not even notice the water was missing. Thank you Mark for your amazing service over the years.
