I've had my vehicle in the past year multiple times at Chevy. This location (Sawmill Rd), Mark Wahlberg, etc...It is the same issue. They've reviewed codes. Kept kicking the can down the road. Engine was cleared. Now, that I am outside of the bumper to bumper, surprisingly, we figure out the issue and surprise, it is $1900. Went there for a oil change and they act like they are full and I had appointment but was early and was told at 830am I had to drop it off to get service for a oil change and most of them were just standing around not busy I’m sure new cars ain’t selling fast and the service is very profitable so why not get your money when I know you need to pay ur bills these days for your junk cars why make me wait when all your workers were literally standing around
excellent customer service, great technician support and courteous care at the cashier........
