We traded in our current Airstream for a similar sized, newer model. Jeff, a mechanic/service tech who does PDI prep and customer orientation, was a gem. It was evident during our orientation with the new unit that he was extremely knowledgeable and really cared that the customer understood and was comfortable with their new camper. We bought an Opus OP4 from Kaley here. She was awesome from start to finish. We drove from Illinois to get the camper and she made everything easy as could be. They are such a great business and Kayle is such a good salesperson that when I had some "self imposed" issues she came in on her off day to help figure it out.
