Today was my first visit with Dr. Li and he was great, he’s very kind and considerate. Dr. Li made a plan for me to get better, gave me helpful advice and was generous with prescribing medicine that will provide me with comfort!
The staff here was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I called to request a copy of my parent’s test results, and instead of assisting me, they told me to ask my parents directly because they had already provided them a copy. If I’m calling to request it, it’s obviously because we don’t have it. The lack of basic courtesy and willingness to help was disappointing. I would not recommend this place if you’re expecting even minimal support or professionalism.
ZERO star!!!!! Please DON'T GO!!! Unless you want to deal with rude staff! Terrible.
I had exceptional experience here. Staff was wonderful. Front desk provided much needed detail, she went above and beyond for patients.
