Dr Kaylin and his office was ok for years. Recently he sold out to Cano Health and it is no longer a personalized, solo practice. Just calling the office is a near impossible task. My advice: go elsewere. I am.
Just don't get involved with this practice. Dr. Kaylin is a good doctor but his staff and Cano Health has much to be improved. Wait times are nerve racking..........!!!
If your appointment is for a particular time, you are in the exam room within 5 minutes and the doctor comes in very soon after. The staff is excellent. Dr, Kaylin pays attention to his patients.
Doctor Kaylin is a wonderful physician and person. The staff is friendly and nice, and I never have problems getting an appointment. The waiting room "wait time" is very reasonable and I am almost always called in at the appointment time scheduled. I highly recommend Doctor Kaylin!!
Dr Kaylin is the kind of doctor that you would send your entire family to. Caring, compassionate, extremely intelligent and a great diagnostician. I can't think of anything bad to say about him. I have been using him for about 32-33 years and trust him to always do the appropriate thing. I wish I could say the same thing about all the other doctors that I have seen. He's just superior in every way.
Dr Kaylin is a 1 man show. I have been going to him for many years and he is #1 in my book. Just had to have an over ride on my prescription and Dr. Kaylin's office did it within seconds! Never have any long waits. We have moved farther North but I just can't give up having Dr. Kaylin as my Primary. Dr. Kaylin and his staff are fantanstic.
