Been coming here for a couple years and it had been fine. Had a cleaning scheduled for 6 months and I took the morning off of work. Show up today at 8am to be told I’ll have to come back because they don’t have enough hygienists. I wasn’t offered an apology for the inconvenience, only that I’d have to come back. Front desk personnel need to learn customer service. They are the first line of communication in the office. Now I’ll be looking for another dentist.
