Mark helped our family tremendously. He first helped us with creating our S Corp and he was so professional. He explained everything so clearly and made sure we understood all aspects of our paperwork. We later used him on our family's trust, power of attorney's and advance directives. Once that got out to other family members, they all used him too. Mark is attentive to detail and responds quickly to any email or call. Very happy we chose Mark for our important issues!!!!!

A lawyer with a sense of humor! - Mark has been providing services to our family and businesses for over a decade. He has helped us set up a family trust, a will as well as several LLC’s.
