Diagnosed with pulmonary embolism and on very strong pain meds. He visited me and said tissues were inflamed/ irritated where blood clot was parked. Prescribed Prednisone and that was the magic bullet! Pain decreased substantially,getting me away from pain meds. Stopped in Friday night to check on me and not just about my issues. Boats,beaches,etc. I want to keep in touch with him as I progress because he's a caring real guy and a doctor I have great respect for the man.
I could not be more pleased with this gentleman’s bedside manner, knowledge, and communication. He kept us informed, listened to our concerns and worked to get us the best possible. My brother became ill on vacation, I am so thankful he was taken to HCA Largo where he got the best care ever. I should mention I am a nurse and very distrusting…..have complete confidence in this doctor.
