I used to really trust Dr. Mark before the pandemic. I went in for a visit and had a small procedure done. Afterward, I was told I needed a hysterectomy immediately, and the other doctor insisted it was necessary. When I asked Dr. Mark questions about it, his bedside manner was extremely poor and dismissive. Honestly, I wasn’t too surprised he’s a smoker and seemed irritable but that doesn’t excuse the attitude. Yesterday I had an appointment with Dr. Mark on 1502 E 14th Street, and it happened to be my birthday. When my visit was over and I was leaving the clinic, the front desk staff surprised me with a handwritten birthday card they had drawn themselves. This small but incredibly thoughtful gesture truly touched my heart and made my day. Thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. I will always remember this experience.🤝🌹🌺🎄

I am probably an unusual case lol. I came to Dr. Mark in 2023 to get surgically sterilized. I was 23 years old, unmarried, and never had kids. I was rejected by female doctors, and almost lost all hope of achieving what I consider freedom. Dr. Mark was honestly my last shot, and he listened to me. It took a lot of hoops to jump through, but I finally got sterilized. It's been 3 years, and I'm still so so happy with my decision. Thank you Dr. Mark, I am now engaged to a man who is also childfree. I do not regret it.
