I can’t thank Dr. Sherrie enough for his kindness! I paged him, and he reviewed all my tests . He told me to go to RR, and Thank goodness Iwe listened: I had a big blockage in major heart artery. What a kind Dr. and I am very grateful!!!! My current Cardiologist did not seem to take my concerns seriously, unfortunately.
Very versed doctor but when a patient is newly diagnosed, there needs to be more compassionate communication. Very “as a matter of fact”, waited weeks for a 15 minute appointment, and this guy was eating his lunch while telling me to have surgery, and forget about asking questions he knows best. Never went back.
I've been a patient of Dr. Sherrid since my HCM diagnosis in 2010. I have accepted his "quirky & gruff" demeanor in the past, and our visits have been routine and generally pleasant. However, my recent appointment diverged significantly from this pattern and necessitates sharing my concerns.
