Ordered a hood 6 months ago and after multiple attempts to get an update finally got an email saying they were waiting for a hinge part for the hood. Waited another month before reaching out again to be told that they part had come in and it would ship "end of the week". Here we are yet another month later and multiple emails and voicemails trying to get an answer and still nothing. I'm assuming the money is just gone at this point, but hopefully someone will see this and steer clear.
These idiots are the worst. You can't contact them and they never ship your order. Just excuses and lies. On their website they say that they make the best products. I guess no one can dispute that because they'll never get their part to verify. Avoid these criminals.
Please do not buy anything from this company.. They have terrible service and response I do questions about shipment. Bad co.
I will never buy from this company again! I bought the one piece tilt front-end and two 3-in wider rear fenders for my bug. What I got was absolute GARBAGE!! The front fenders barely resemble a stock fender especially in the back of them. The openings to the front fenders are all out of shape. The back fenders came with huge pits in them so bad that they even put Bondo on them and tried to cover it up. And then the cost of my shipping was like $500. What an absolute joke! I bought a baja kit 20 years ago very good quality and fitment, but the kit i bought two months ago is a different story. Poor quality and fitment issues

This 1 star is for Customer NO SERVICE... I still haven't recieved my flared fenders. So Im not rating the product. Placed this order 12 June 2020 I was suppose to have this 2 weeks ago. I understand the virus has been a reason for many delays but this goes beyond that now. After calling and speaking to a few individuals over the last 12 days each time is a different story or promised of it being shipped.
