We ended up with a "cloudy deed" due to the fact that Mark Twain Title chose not to disclose all info from their title search for the property we purchased. Thankfully we had a business advisory firm that caught this and we did a title search with a different title company who immediately exposed the info Charlene had chosen to hide from us.
