Mark Twain Apartments is a wonderful place to live. I love my apartment - nice walk in closets, big bathrooms and great open kitchen. It is a quiet building where you really don't run into your neighbors that much which makes it feel like you aren't living in an apartment building. The building has quiet hours at night which are a Godsend so you aren't kept up all night from the occasional loud neighbor. If they are loud, management is right on it if you let them know. Great building - Management is very attentive and handles any issues as they arise. The units have great layouts and are very spacious. Convenient having Washer and dryer units on each floor of the complex. Location is perfect with multiple restaurants, stores, bars all within a short walk. A quiet building in the heart of Sherman oaks/Studio city.
Amazing place to call home! Building is well maintained, clean and safe. Great location with walking distance to many shops, cafes and restaurants. Apartment building includes: elevator, parking in secured garage, laundry facilities on site and controlled entry access, so can buzz in your guests from your phone. Management does a good job at timely upkeep, maintenance, repairs and updates. Apartment building is nice and quiet with welcoming, friendly neighbors!
