Mark is extremely knowledgeable of the home buying process. During home viewings, Mark would point out little details we should be aware of, this includes things such as water damage and updated features of the house. Unlike most realtors, Mark still reaches out after we’ve bought our house. You can’t go wrong with Mark as your realtor.

I heard about Mark from a friend and the guy did not disappoint. He is super friendly, give no pressure, and very much tries to educate you and help you and himself make informed decisions on your home buying options and quality. He will frequently make himself available to take you out to view homes and help educate you for things to look out for and be aware of just while you’re looking. We absolutely loved working with Mark! He was true to his word and did everything he promised. He was very patient and prompt with responding to my 10,000 questions! 😂 Our house sold within the first 3 weeks! The stager he uses is phenomenal! You can’t go wrong choosing Mark!

Mark Tompkins was always professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to answer all of my questions. I can't say enough about Mark both as a realtor and also as a person. If you're looking for a real estate agent you have now found him. Mark believes in educating his clients about the real estate business so that they can make their own informed decisions.
