Called mark as i had broken down and undrivable. Few hours no messing about sorted it and had my car back on the road. I will be using him again
He didn't show up after he said he would be there Wednesday. I wasted my entire day waiting for this ----- and no show .I don't like giving one star but I'll give him five just for a laugh . I won't bother phoning Mark in future. I have a several vehicles by the way Mark and could have put loads of work your way. I always trust my gut when it comes to things like this and no excuse for this one . Thanks Mark I bet you don't like it when you lose a day's money for nothing.
Diagnosed the wrong problem, bought part didn’t turn up to fit so did it myself. [health no brilliant]. Come back days later diagnosed different part, bought it and never come back. Charged for diagnosis wrong twice. Ignored calls and texts but he has picked the wrong one here. I will be getting my money back one way or another. Absolute pig of a man, avoid. Out of his depth and don’t know his job.
Mobile mechanic Mark called out within two hours of initial call and rectified the problem. Excellent service! Definitely will use again.
Mark was extremely helpful and got my car back on the road after my brake calipers had seized. He was quick and fairly priced! Would definitely recommend!
