This doctor told my mother to stop taking some of her rheumatoid arthritis related meds, which caused my mother’s health to deteriorate and then would not communicate with her. Mind you, he is a lung doctor and not someone who should be stopping her arthritis medications. He told her in place of that to just take Tylenol. Called for weeks and he won’t sign a death certificate. Everyone is waiting on this and he won’t simply sign. After a month of calling, we are getting nowhere. Update- Mercy Hospital administration fixed this and promptly got the death certificate signed. They took incredible care for my dad and for that we are grateful.

When my husband suffered an environmental exposure at work, he was hospitalized for a week. Dr Godish was amazing and spoke with us candidly while providing superior care and getting my husband better. He is impressively smart and down to earth! I highly recommend him.
