Dr. Mark Peters is an outstanding and unparalleled pulmonary physician. Let me ask a question. When was the last time a physician called you at home to share with you your surgical procedure results? Not a nurse or an aid but the physician himself/herself. Not knowing the exact cause of the first surgical procedure, Dr. Peters said I don't know but I WILL find out. He did. We are so fortunate that it was Dr. Peters that came down to the Emergency Room from his busy Office Practice after it was suspected that I had pneumonia.... read more
This doctor's nurse only called my wife back when she told the phone answering person that she was going elsewhere, because the doctor's nurse never called her back to set up tests. That lack of attentiveness put my wife in the hospital. Dr. Peters is a good doctor, but the lack of interest his staff displays is worth going to him. Especially when it results in a hospital stay!

The problem is, regardless of how great a doctor he is, his office staff are deplorable. Everything seems to run through his nurse. Which isn't a problem, except the nurse NEVER returned our calls. Furthermore, his nurse went on vacation and there was no one to take her place while absent! When my wife spoke to one office staff member on the phone that staff member complained that she couldn't get a ret... read more
Dr. Peters was the best physician who ever treated my husband, and whom I have ever known. He made sure we understood every medical procedure my husband had to face and the reason for it. Dr. Peters’ concern and care was the reason my critically ill husband had quality of life his last ten years. I am eternally grateful for, as well as to, Dr. Mark T. Peters.
