THE BEST surgeon I have ever met. I had gone to the ER MULTIPLE times with upper abdominal pain. Everything was normal MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Xray etc. I know my body, something was wrong. My Primary recommended Dr. Brakstad. This Man is beyond wonderful as he listened to my story I elected to have my gallbladder removed. I had no idea but I was born with my Gallbladder embedded in my liver! Dr. Brakstad dug it out and saved me from the horrific pain that I had been suffering with for years. Super nice and professional!
I've had the pleasure of working with Dr. Brakstad 13 years ago and now I'm going to see him for a surgery. I couldn't feel more safe and relieved to be in his care. Out of all the doctors I've worked for in the past 15 years he is by far, the most recommended and complimented doctor by his patients. I wouldn't want to have any other surgeon with my current situation.
Dr Brakstad is an exceptional surgeon, takes the time to explain things, is very attentive during post-op and follow up once home.
