I work for a New Home Construction company in Southeastern NC. We switched from Sales Simplicity/BMT/Sage to ECI Marks Systems over 2021 and went live in 2022. If you are considering making this change - DO NOT. The software has no flexibility for the changes required to build houses in the current climate - I work in the Design Center. The data entry time is outrageously slow. I would compare this software to 2005 Blackberrys. It is outdated, not user friendly, and clunky.
