Dr Sutton is simply an excellent dentist and an incredibly lovely person. I have gone to him for years with really problem teeth. He has taken care of me, spent time beyond that anyone else would have. I highly, highly recommend him. And the staff is excellent. They follow his lead. I never want him to retire.
Dr. Mark Sutton botched a routine filling replacement: he fractured the tooth, causing intense nerve pain resulting in my needing a root canal and crown and costing me thousands of dollars. The worst part is that the damage could have been avoided if he'd just taken the time to look at my tooth, or to ask questions, but he did neither. The front desk staff are very friendly, but I would never return to this practice.
Dr Mark Sutton is available for appointments when issues arise to fox the problem and takes the history and does minor application of products by himself (not relying on hygienists). My young daughter was curious about the dentist and she was warmly welcome.
Dr Sutton is by far the best dentist we have ever been to. His work is outstanding!! He is also an amazing person and cares very much about his patients! His staff are all excellent technicians. We feels lucky to have him as our dentist.
