Yes, I really gave it 5 stars! No, I'm not a Russian bot! If you book a room here thinking that you'll be staying at the Shangri-La Hotel you're going to be disappointed. I had no issues with my 2 night stay from check-in to check-out. Less than 30 minutes after I'd made the booking I received a call from the property manager confirming what time I'd be arriving. He said if the room was ready for check-in earlier they would message me. At 1:30pm I received all the access numbers I would need. I checked in at 2pm with no issu... read more
Everything was horrible. No staff around. Not to mention feeling unsafe due to front glass door not locking properly and having drugged up and drunk members of the public slamming doors and yelling and fighting all night. Police arrived twice in this one night. Absolutely appalling. Woke up the next day to blood and alcohol in the hallways. Was a sleepless night and “reception and organisers” not complying with refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
