I had the misfortune of catching this man in an act of fraud. He has privilege, cronies, and no moral compass whatsoever. Best to avoid dealing with him.
Mark Spota is the definition of a slum lord. He does not take proper care of his properties and leaves his tenants in unsafe, uninhabitable situations. He does not hire certified companies or contractors to maintain his properties or appliances. If there is a shortcut, he will take it and leave you screwed. I highly recommend seeking alternative rentals, as I can guarantee you this man will not have your best interests or health in mind.
