Took 10 months to sell, agents communication was horrible and eventually stopped. There was supposed to be no lockbox or photos until I moved out. Lockbox showed up, photographer came I sent her away. House finally sold way under initial offer. Worst experience ever.
Dishonest. My buyers submitted an offer to include all broker fees, and the Mark Spain agent cherry-picked documents to send back with signatures. The Mark Spain agent had advised that my buyers' costs would be covered, but then he reneged - after executing the purchase contract. My clients were forced to terminate, in order to avoid being responsible for fees, and the Mark Spain agent told his sellers to keep the option fees that my buyers had paid to go under contract. Typical for cash offer realtor…. Tells you what you want to hear to get the opportunity to look at your place….. then the day of assessment ACTUALLY looks at the listing and decides not to come…. They should do their research first.
