Our water heater started leaking one Sunday evening, so we called for a plumber right away. We were surprised and thankful that someone came out to help us that same night. Curtis handled everything for us and arranged for a new water heater to be delivered the very next day. Easton, the installer, removed our old fifty-gallon water heater and carefully installed a new, high-quality model. Easton was on time, well-prepared, friendly, and clearly knew his stuff. He even took the time to explain how the new water heater works,... read more
Easton was really friendly and easy to work with. He got back to me right away after I reached out, unlike some other plumbers who didn’t return my calls or emails for estimates. Although I’ve had blockages before, this was the first time a plumber really explained what was going on. Blake told me that tree roots were causing the sewer line to get blocked. He used some modern plumbing equipment, like a snake with a camera attached, to find the root ball and break it up with a special tool. Blake even showed me the video feed from his camer... read more
