We got a notice from the water company on a Friday saying there was a water leak underground between our house and the meter. We had a fantastic experience with our plumber when we needed help tracking down and repairing a leak in our main water line. Carter texted us before arriving and was right on time for our appointment. He quickly found the source of the leak and was able to fix it that same day, which was a huge relief. we’ve had a really good experience with mark & sons plumbing services llc. our first call was on a saturday, when we found a plumbing issue and the hoa didn’t help us out. i found them online and walter, their plumber, called us back quickly and came by to check out the problem. he figured out a solid fix right away. later, we also had walter set up some new water zones in the house, flush out our tankless water heater, and finish some vent work that needed doing. more recently, we had some pipe leaks and jerome came out to ... read more
