I highly recommend Mark & Sons Plumbing Services LLC. I had a pipe burst in my home in Santa Cruz, and water was leaking everywhere before I could shut off the valve. I got a referral for them and I’m really glad I did. Jerome came out quickly, was very professional, and answered all my questions. He treated my home with respect and even gave me helpful info about replacing the return air grille. The price was also very fair, which was a nice surprise. I definitely recommend their plumbing services!

I have called Mark & Sons Plumbing Services LLC twice over the years to clear out my old sewer lines, and both times I was really happy with how everything turned out. When my pipes got clogged again, I called and the person on the phone was friendly, checked my past service to make sure there weren't any ongoing issues, and let me know a plumber would contact me soon. Blake and Curtis came to our house to take care of our annual plumbing maintenance. Blake noticed that one of our pipe elbows was cracked and needed replacing. While he was cleaning out the pipes, I found a replacement elbow and he installed it right away. (A previous plumber had just put some tape over the leaking pipe instead of telling me it needed to be fixed.) The office manager was very helpful and kept me updated about when the plumbers would arrive. Curtis and his team showed up right on time. They were professional, polite, and really listened to my concerns. They quickly found the plumbing issue and fixed it in no time. Even though the office manager couldn't work directly with my home warranty company, I understand why, since warranty companies can be difficult to deal with. We have called Mark & Sons Plumbing Services LLC twice now here in Santa Cruz. The first time was when our water heater stopped working unexpectedly, and they showed up the same day to fix it. They did a fantastic job with the repair. Because of that great experience, we asked them to help us add a half bath in an old closet space.
