Highly recommend this plumbing team. They arrived the same day and did great work clearing our clogged drains caused by heavy root intrusion and old corroded pipe buildup. Santiago walked me through everything and showed a live sewer camera view inside the line, so I could clearly see how bad the blockage was before the service and how clean the pipe looked after. We really can’t thank Carter enough. Our dishwasher had a bad leak that was spreading water under the kitchen floor, and even after we thought it had stopped, the moisture kept moving farther into the kitchen. i called Curtis about an outdoor water main line leak, and he came out the same day to inspect it and explain the repair plan. He got the work scheduled fast, arranged for utility line marking, and coordinated the digging so the job could move ahead without delays. i want to personally thank the team for the first visit to my home in Santa Cruz. santiago recommended a hydro jet service to clear my clogged kitchen sink drain, and that turned out to be the right fix. When jerome arrived, he used professional hydro jetting through the roof vent pipe to wash the line all the way down to the blockage and out toward the main sewer line.
