I called with a time-sensitive matter, agent said they had someone who could come out to me, took my info and then transfered me. The transfer service was automated and then randomly stated no workers available in my region (Huber Heights, like 15min away) and then it hung up on me. I immediately called back but they wouldn't answer their phone and several days later no one has called to check up on me. I handled my electrical emergency elsewhere since they clearly couldn't be bothered to help.

So thankful for Greg, he picked up the phone and was at my home within a couple of hours. restored the problem in 5 minutes and even educated me on why it happened and what to consider in a near future. I recommend to anyone looking for a quality, professional electrician.
