If I could give 0 stars I would. Like the other reviewers on here make clear, Mark will simply take advantage of you. He quoted me $750 for a simple fix in my closet that would take an hour at most to do. Absurd and very unprofessional.
They did a great job, on time and professional
We received quotes from five roofers and Mark and Son was by far the least expensive, so we chose them after also hearing so many good things about them. It turned out everyone’s (excellent) recommendations were spot on. Mark and Son kept their word about fixing any roof leaks—at no additional charge— from the time we signed the contract until the roof was done. Mark McAllister was hired to perform a full house remodel for my company for a house I owned in Wycliff subdivision in Lake Worth. Mark gave us a bid for $107,000 for a full remodel saying that this would bring the house to a market ready condition-ready to be inspected and purchased by a buyer. He also told us he would have this completed in no more than 90 days. This was in May of 2022. Estimated completion late August. Worst customer service ever, never return your calls, it took them 5 months to get my roof replaced, other roofers were getting work done in 8 Weeks.
