I was recently pulled over at a DUI checkpoint, and according to Mark it was not a legal checkpoint. He was able to prove this in court and I was exonerated as he said he was going to be able to do during our first meeting. My family and I were unfortunately in an accident, with a small child in the car in a small town in the mountains.
