Disgusting service since I started with StateFarm. I don’t even know why I stayed more so specifically with this specific agent office. All the people employed here seem miserable over the phone and make it so hard to do anything since I started my policy. I called today to cancel my policy because I’m so over Statefarm and I was given such a hard time. They were asking for my current insurance ID card in order to cancel which absolutely is NOT necessary in NYS to cancel my policy. What a waste of time and money staying with... read more
