My daughter broke her humerus. Dr Sinclair saw us for our first follow up in clinic after the break. He was not interested in answering questions, he came off very annoyed with anything I had to say about wanting to know the plan moving forward. My daughter had radial nerve palsy, which was a major concern for me, but Dr Sinclair was extremely dismissive about it. My child has seen him twice now in urgent care. If he comes in the room run. He comes off as inconvenienced and gives incorrect information.
Hes a great doctor! Hes taken great care of my son over the last 14 years! If you need a specialist I would recommend seeing him!
Didn’t seem to care about patients needs, made us feel as if we were an inconvenience to him. Had information wrong. Would not recommend.
We appreciated Dr. Sinclair's bedside manner & disposition. But I am posting this for those in the CLUBFOOT population to please beware. Dr. Sinclair gets pretty good reviews for his CF care, but CF parents, please do take your child elsewhere. Our daughter received improper Ponseti technique &as she grew Dr. Sinclair missed some cues that she was relapsing. Dr Gelatt diagnosed and treated my daughter, for 3 years until it was time to move to ST Louise Children's Hospital for her asd/vsd and pulmonary hypertension and double lung transplant, he even came to Joplin one a month to see her, she loved him
Awful service.. I g I t recommended to this Dr by children's mercy ER ..by far my worst pediatric visits I get to the scheduled appointment waited 49 min and after a couple replies of patience mercy they realize they lost my file! They said they would get me right in ..after another hour of waiting and a crying baby I finally decided to leave t h e office tried to reschedule but front desk was shut off no one even said sorry nor did they realized I left nor they did have the courtesy to call me
I was a patient of Dr. Sinclair years ago when he practiced in Orlando, Florida. I have osteogensis imperfecta and Dr. Sinclair performed several of my surgeries. He did a wonderful job on all of them. He performed my last surgery in 2000 and I haven't had complications since then. Although I was child when I was his patient, I remember him being such a kind man and doctor. I would recommend him to anyone.
