Mark was very helpful and prompt to respond with requested changes to my homeowners and automobile insurance.
This would rank in the top two worst experiences I've had with an insurance representative. I would not recommend this agency or this representative to anybody. I would refer them to Mr. Davidson would be Oshkosh area. Mr. Davidson is who I move my policy to and he gave me better customer service in 15 minutes that Mark Shipman has given me in 2 months. I've been trying to get Mark on the phone for over 6 days and have been unable to. I called Mr. Davidson one time and he was available. Again. I do not recommend this agency ... read more
