Dr. Sherwood is the world expert in Glaucoma. When you go into the waiting room there is a sign that has something like - If you have waited 20 minutes or more tell us. We asked Dr. Sherwood and it doesn't apply to him. Dr. Snodgrass sent my father to Dr. Sherwood.
Referred to Dr. Sherwood by Dr. Blake. 1st visit assistant forgot to dilate my eyes causing 1 hour delay. 2nd follow up visit 10/4/18 after assistant put dilate drop in left eye, left sitting for 1 hour 45 minutes. Found 3 assistants in break room who said would be another hour. I said that waiting 2 hours and 45 minutes to see the doctor was unacceptable. One assistant said it was my choice to stay or go.
