Didn't have to wait very long for either of my visits. Yet I suffer from PTSD and coming off anesthesia made me very disgruntled, I was crying hysterically due to the chemicals and stress and wanted my family to be with me when I woke up. They denied them to see me when I was panicking, came in the room and told me to stop being loud and shut the door on me. I would rather drive further somewhere else than return there. Took my daughter to get her wisdom teeth out and it was the worst experience for all of us. No one was in the office to give updates or to help with anything. The doctor that I did finally have a chance to talk to was not wearing a mask and was very obviously sick and congested. Once my daughter was out she had an adverse reaction to the anesthesia and Instead of them being understanding and sympathetic they were rude, mean and abusive. this Dentist officer is horrible!!! turn the other way and get better care from someone who actually cares!!! they denied a disabled child medical services that he needs.
I Had an awesome experience with Dr. Mark Kuo & his team. I Would highly recommend them if you’re looking into getting your wisdom teeth removed.
