No representation agreement. Does everything on handshakes. Did not show up prepared to any hearing. I actually wrote a cross examination of a witness. Go to Cynthia Sherwood at Sherwood Litigation. Great people, they actually sign paperwork, you get itemized statements, and an attorney who fights for you. Mark is emotional. Gets pissed off in hearings. Also charged $12,500 for two hearings. Ridiculous pricing compared to Cynthia.
