Prices and quality of products are great but, Mark is rude and will give you the run-around when something goes wrong with an item you are purchasing from him. Poor customer service, so bad that I am going to Aaron's Rent To Own (who has great costumer service) so I don't have to deal with Mark. Called him today to ask about an Item I am purchasing from him that isn't working properly, he told me he ordered a new charger for it and that wasn't even the problem with the item! The literal worst business I have ever seen. Responding to customers even on the reviews here with the same terrible attitude they all experienced in store. Big shot owner of a business that can't keep employees or customers and then pretends it's because he chooses not to have them. You're literally just a terrible human being.
