Prices and quality of products are great but, Mark is rude and will give you the run-around when something goes wrong with an item you are purchasing from him. The literal worst business I have ever seen. Responding to customers even on the reviews here with the same terrible attitude they all experienced in store. Big shot owner of a business that can't keep employees or customers and then pretends it's because he chooses not to have them. You're literally just a terrible human being.
