Prices and quality of products are great but, Mark is rude and will give you the run-around when something goes wrong with an item you are purchasing from him. He was so rude to my husband it was unreal. We went in looking for a refrigerator because ours is broken, we found one we like, started doing everything & this guys was so rude saying "if we call you will answer your phone or we will not come" with the craziest attitude I've ever heard a business owner have. & he continued to say the same thing 3 times with the same attitude.
