i will keep it short. mark is a real nice caring compassionate dr. he listens and gives great advice and is always available.
Dr Umphrey is a thorough, caring professional, with a clear and kind communication style. His staff is now the same. The phlebotomist is outstanding as well. Efficient process at the Norton Medical Center. Easy to grade 5 Stars.

My family has been going to Dr. Umphrey for years. We couldn't be happier with him! He never makes me feel rushed when I am there, and answers all of my questions. He really listens to whatever concerns I have, and is always open to doing whatever needs to be done. Wether it's referring me to a specialist, or running some more blood work, etc. He's a very balanced doctor and has a wonderful bedside manner. His staff is friendly, and the office is well run.
